Hello! I'm Pott8o (AKA Potato). I'm just an artist who plays quite a lot of different games which I usually end up drawing fanart of! Interests include but not limited to:

Commission Terms of Service

By commissioning me you are agreeing to the following:

Payment:

  • All payments are made through Paypal in CAD (some other payment options are available if negotiated).

  • Commissions are started once at least 50% of the agreed payment is sent.

  • After the commission is completed the final artwork will be sent after receiving the rest of the payment.

  • Full or partial refunds will be given if I have not started or finished, however there are no refunds on completed pieces.

Usage and Copyright:

I, as the artist:

  • Reserve all legal rights to the commissioned art and any drafts that are sent, not the commissioner. (however I do not own the rights to the characters being portrayed unless they are mine).

  • Reserve the right to post and use commissions on my social media. (Posts will not be made if requested).

  • Do not hold responsibility for any mistakes made due to a lack of provided information

  • Reserve the right to turn down any commission, for any reason.

  • Reserve the right to stop working on, or cancel a commission due to poor communication, inappropriate/rude behaviour, or a violation of the Terms of Service.

You, as the commisioner:

  • May use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only.

  • Crop, resize and/or post the work to social media as long as credit is given to me.

  • May request any small edits or corrections throughout the commission process.

  • May NOT use my artwork commercially (profiting and/or making money off of it)

  • May NOT remove my watermarks and/or take credit for my artwork. If there needs to be no watermark on the finished art for whatever reason just let me know. (The mark I put on commission work is small and in the corner, a lot less noticeable than my posts on social media)

Process and Revisions:

  • Before I start on a commission, please provide as many reference images and descriptions as possible, so I can make the art as accurate to what is being requested as I can.

  • Please let me know if there are any deadlines that need to be met beforehand, if I can't make a deadline I will let you know before starting.

  • Once started, an initial sketch will be sent where any changes or edits can be requested.

  • Anything I missed from references will be changed for free.

  • Edits or changes that need to be made after the sketch will cost extra depending on how long the change takes to fix.

*These are estimations based on what I typically paint fully rendered. If you would like base colour only or just a sketch, the price is negotiable.
